Since a Long-term, colleges and universities of our country are the appurtenant of government administrative power.It leads them to trap in the awkward situation of “Administrative” by too much intervention and arrangement of the government.This Widespread phenomenon of "Administrative" is rooted in the intricate relationship between the government and colleges and universities.Basically, "Administrative" is the result of the abused application of Bureaucracism management in colleges and universities.
