Capital Beijing is going to take an important of responsibility for creating a international centre city of sports.therefore.we should take an objective view over the current situation of the basic communities sports of Beijing.searching for a piuralism way of communities sports service and informationization which will creat a deepth impact on construction of international city of sports of Beijing and infromation of community sports.The method of questionnaire, investigation,interview, material analysis and deduction were applied in this paper.after having a full investigating the situation of the basic communities sports service and the construction of informationalized service.to combine with relative theory.we construct a model of three-dimensional space of community sports standard system of informationization;after identifing the content,feature, function, and meaning of communities sports service.we also had analysis some of problems, distance and the hamord factors which could exist in the basic communities sports service informationization and we have clearly know that object, requrment and the resource of information of communities sports service. Based on the research and analysis above.we could establish of a pluralistic perspective of the communities sports services system From the diversity of the communities sports service system development, diversification of the sports communities service of human resources development and diversification of the community sports service facilities, configuration and content improved services.we has proosed a diversification solutions against the background of the communities sports of aging.at last, according to the information management system model of Nolan and Michelle.we have estabish a information maturity model of the communities sports service.reference to the model initial, development and improve the mature four stages, from 11 in the details and the municipal level of the communities sports service of information from Beijing to end the maturity of the realization of the path.to grass-roots to the basic communities sports services and service information for the benefit from the meaning and function.
