The growth of youth football players is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of football. This article, which mainly uses experimental method, researches the impact, role, effectiveness and other aspects of tire training using in the strength training of youth soccer players. Through the sixteen weeks of Experimental observation and testing, and analyzing the different groups of experimental subjects laterally and longitudinally, this article principally obtains the following research conclusion:1. Comparing with the previous data, after the experiment the results of experimental group, middle group and control group have apparent differences and all have improved to varying degrees. Among the three groups, the experimental group who had tire training during the strength training has progressed much more obviously. In the middle of the experiment, the middle group starts to have tire training during the strength training, and their results are in the middle. The results of the control group who have never had tire training during the strength training progresses smallest than the other two groups.2. Compared experimental group with control group, there is no significant differences between the two groups at the very beginning of the experiment. However, the results of the two groups in the entire experiment procedure showed as an oblique "Y" shaped growth, in which the first bifurcation point is after about six weeks, then their growth of results start to have increasing growth performance gap, and the gap is widening with the increase of training period.3. Compared experimental group with middle group, there is no significant differences between the two groups at the very beginning of the experiment, which is similar to the situation of experimental group and control group. In the sixth week, the results of the two groups start to have increasing growth performance gap, and "Y" type of growth trend has emerged. This state usually continued to the tenth week or so, then, the growth gap decreased or disappeared, and the two groups appear balanced growth trend. This shows that the effect of the middle group having the same tire training in the strength training is significant after 8 weeks, and they maintain the same increased rate of results with the experimental group.4. Compared the control group with the middle group, their results basically presented consistent growth in the first four weeks, which indicated that there is no apparent difference in the effect of strength training between the two groups, as they both have not had tire training. The middle group changed their training method into tire training in the last eight weeks, so the majority of their indicators are significantly different with the control group when the experiment is completed, which effectively illustrates the tire training has effective impact for strength quality in the strength training.5. The middle group has two different experimental stages in the experiment. Most of the indicators in later eight weeks stage the increase of the results are much more than in the previous eight weeks stage and little of the indicators in later eight weeks stage equal to the former eight weeks stage. According to the law of sports coaching, we can know that the results increase trend of the middle group in the later stage illustrates that the introduction of tire training into strength training has significant impact on the improvement of strength, and all the results maintain a relatively large growth rates.
