With the rapid development of football in recent years,the corresponding rules,formations and the most important training methods are constantly updated,striving to be more consistent with the distinctive characteristics of modern football,such as high intensity and high confrontation.However,for 9-to 10-year-old soccer players,on the one hand,they have to face the physical development of the imperfect;On the other hand,they are forced to accept the fierce competition and antagonism of modern football.Therefore,there is an urgent need for more scientific and reasonable training methods to develop their physical ability and improve their stability control ability,so as to ensure their own health while achieving excellent results in competitions.In order to study the influence of trunk pillar strength training on the body stability control ability of 9-10 year old soccer players,this paper adopts four methods: literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics.In huaian in huaiyin district daxing nine-year school 9-10,with 1 + /-0.5 years experience in training and body function was no significant difference of 20 football player as experimental object,randomly divided into experimental group and control group in the two groups,training the day before and after 12 weeks of training,through the relevant data,and an expert’s opinion,Finally,functional motion screening(FMS),standing on one foot with eyes closed,yoga ball planking,crease dribble,accurate kick of set-piece ball and multi-directional running around the bar were determined as test indexes.The results showed as follows: 1.In terms of FMS,after twelve weeks of training,the experimental group had significant differences in straight lunge and active straight knee lift(P < 0.01);There were significant differences in squat,hurdle step and trunk stability push-ups(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in shoulder flexibility and turning stability(P > 0.05).2.In terms of FMS,there were significant differences in squatting,straight lunge and trunk stability push-ups in the 12-week training group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in hurdle step,shoulder flexibility,active straight knee lift and turning stability(P > 0.05).3.After twelve weeks of training,the experimental group had significant differences in two aspects of standing on one foot with eyes closed and yoga ball plank support(P < 0.01);and had significant differences in two aspects of dribbling and multi-direction running around the bar(P < 0.05);but had no significant differences in the kick accuracy of set piece(P > 0.05).4.After twelve weeks of training,the control group had significant differences in five aspects of standing on one foot with eyes closed,yoga ball plank support,folding dribble,accurate kick of set position ball and multi-direction running around the bar(P < 0.05).Finally,the conclusion is drawn: 1.The essence of trunk pillar strength training is to strengthen the linkage between shoulder,spine and hip joint on the basis of core strength training,so as to improve the ability to control body stability.This experiment also shows that trunk pillar strength training is superior to traditional strength training in improving body stability control ability.2.Torso pillar strength training,as a new training method,can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of players to participate in training,but also make players feel successful in the test process;Most importantly,improved stability control reduces the risk of injury,making it easier to develop a habit of playing football and even a lifetime of football.
