At present, unprecedented attention is paid for strength training. The direct and efficient way people know to improve sport record is developing function of nerve-muscle system and power of muscle. The position of strength training is improved greatly in almost sport field. The target of strength training is improving speed of power, cooperation of muscles, cubage of muscle and energy-supply of muscle. It is used for the basis of excellent record in the game.The amateurish sport school is the basic training place for professional game. It is the important part of our country's sport training system. This school's responsibility is discovering and training the children who have talent in sport for higher sport school. These children on the stage of growing who are 11-16 years old are the basic stage for athlete training.Shot move is not a speedy cyclic strength game. It is based on strength and speed. The demand of strength is great. The great record which will be achieved depends on good skills and strength. The strength training is on the important position of excellent athlete. The main method of strength training is barbell-training. The barbell-training is good for activating muscle. This training type is the easy way for common amateurish sport school. The research of barbell-training in shot move's training is discussed in this article. The research includes the method, frequency, stress, times, interval time and all steps of training of barbell-training. The result of research is shown:1. The barbell training in young athletes based on strength training specific to a certain extent in improving the special performance, but should be based on individual characteristics, differential treatment.2. The barbell training has some problems:nonstandard movement of barbell training, no movement requirement, neglect of movement standard and detail, lack of protection in barbell training, the great difference between control of youths strength training and training brief.3. The succeeded transfer between basic strength and throw strength, the combine between strength training and skill movement should be solved as soon as possible.4. Barbell training will improve record of shot-move, but it is done under movement standard, suitable load. At the meantime, maximum strength and speedy strength should be paid attention.
