The shot put movement belongs to one item take the strength as a foundation, take speed as core fast strength project, If athlete want to obtain the outstanding movement result, not only requests the athlete to have to grasp the reasonable technology, has the good physical requirements, but requests the athlete to have the good fast strength ability. As early as in 60's, the importance of fast strength training already by domestic and foreign experts, scholar were widespread approved. In recent years, along with the sports development, the sports theory deepening, the training method systematization, the scientific style, the shot result also obtained the large scale enhancement along with it, but developing athlete's fast strength ability throughout the function which holds in the shot quality training is second to none.The author carries on the investigation, the analysis and the summary using the literature material law to the fast strength training method, discovered in the training uses the different training load combination to the identical training method possibly to be able to produce the different training results, actually uses what type the load combination, the combination the concrete big load training effect is only then more effective? Predecessor regarding this domain research relative weaker, but in view of the fact that this domain affected area is broad, myself ability and the energy are also limited, therefore this article only take plays to the shot result the vital role upper limb fast strength as a breakthrough point, S elects the acclivity barbell to lie pushes is the training method, through uses the different load combination to three experimental groups to carry on separately two month-long trainings, obtains by the time when uses the acclivity lies pushes the barbell training method training the best training load method combination. At the same time, selected using the expert interview law some has been able to reflect the upper limb fast strength training effect objectively the kinematics target. To the related data and the experimental result which obtains carries on mathematical statistic analysis processing using the mathematical method of average. And through the summary analysis, has drawn following conclusion:①uses the biggest strength training method (80%~100% biggest strength) adding the quickest speed training method; the load combination method to make the acclivity to lie pushes the barbell training to have the very good effect to the upper limb shot fast strength development.②uses the biggest strength training method (80%~100% biggest strength) adding the unarmed quickest speed training method and the biggest strength training method (80%~100% biggest strength) adding 60% biggest strength load training method; two kind of different training load combination makes the acclivity to lie pushes the barbell training, to upper limb shot fast strength development two groups of not obvious differences.③the biggest strength training method (80%~100% biggest strength) adding 60% biggest strength load quickest speed training method; the training load combination method makes the acclivity to the upper limb to lie pushes the barbell biggest strength to enhance in a big way; But the biggest strength enhances in a big way, the fast strength enhancement not necessarily big.④uses the biggest strength training method (80%~100% biggest strength) adding 30% biggest strength load training method; the load combination method to make the acclivity to lie pushes the barbell training, good in uses; the biggest strength training method to the upper limb shot fast strength training effect (80%~100% biggest strength) adding the unarmed quickest speed training method and the biggest strength training method (80%~100% biggest strength) adding 60% biggest strength shoulders the training method the load combination method.
