The shot push technology and throwing ability of shot are recognized as the twoimportant factors to determine the shot ability of shot put athletes, relevant expertsand coaches attach great importance to the training and study of the shot ability andthrowing ability of athletes. According to consulting experts and scholars as well asrelated information, we discover that there is a problem among athletes, that is, whenthe upper limb joints stretch to a certain extent, the phenomenon which the final topshoulder is not enough, the shot is too low and feeling that the muscle is of inadequateoccurs, however, we find that there is a big difference between the action structureand the special action about the traditional training methods, which is difficult topromote the movement of migration and the formation of special motor skills, andcannot solve the problem of the final insufficient force while stretching.Purpose: comparative study of traditional strength and incremental exercise byexperimental methods, analyze the effects of inertial load training and incrementalexercise to the throwing ability and shot technology of athletes, verify the role ofincremental exercise methods to promoting the shot ability of athletes. Target:20undergraduates in Ocean University of China, age19.6±2.6years, height172.4±6.0cm,weight72.8±7.8kg. Methods: the self-comparative method is used to conductcomparative experiments of strength training of different ways for20undergraduatesin school. The incremental load strength training is used in the experimental programwhile the traditional barbell training is used in the control program. Videos andrecords are used throughout the experiment to analyze the indicators including theshot angle, shoulder angle, the distance from the hip to the hand perpendicular andathletic performance when throwing about subjects. Key findings:1) the shot angle inthe first program is greater significantly than that in the second program after the experiment,(P<0.05);2) the shoulder angle in the first program is greatersignificantly than that in the second program after the experiment,(P<0.05);3) thedistance from the hip to the hand perpendicular when throwing in the first program isgreater significantly than that in the second program after the experiment,(P<0.01);4) the shot pushing speed in the first program is greater significantly than that in thesecond program after the experiment,(P<0.01);5) the shot scores of sitting castingin the first program is greater significantly than that in the second program after theexperiment,(P<0.05);6) there is no significant difference about standing results,(P>0.05).Conclusion:1) the incremental exercise can significantly increase the final stretchingstrength level;2) the incremental exercise can significantly increase the shot angleand shoulder angle level;3) the incremental exercise can significantly increase thedistance from the hand perpendicular to the hip point;4) the incremental exercise cansignificantly improve the throwing scores;5) the incremental exercise cansignificantly promote the rational formation of throwing technique;6) the incrementalload exercise can significantly improve the throwing ability level of athletes.
