In modern times, pressure increasing fierce competition, job burnout problem highlighted in many service industries. Primary and secondary school teachers bear the responsibility of teaching, in the face of different types of students, social all parties shall be the high expectations, especially teachers’ work is individual, is a collective work achievement, the resulting interpersonal relationship processing, all kinds of work pressure, easy to induce job burnout problem, makes primary and secondary school teachers job burnout problem is more and more attention and research.Person-organization fit model stressed that individual ability and personality characteristics and the degree of match organization environmental characteristics of the work is of decisive role to the discretion of the individual work pressure. Primary and secondary school education and the particularity of teachers’ professional work, for the compatibility between teachers’ personal and organization on its working pressure adjustment is more important, it is also a kind of important factors can lead to burnout. According to the theory of social background model, and personorganization fit perception can also affect employee attitude and behavior, to employees of faith, hope, optimism and resilience, which influence the employee’s psychological capital levels.Psychological capital is the individual can be developed, and the inner, the core of positive psychology, is a positive force, individual important internal resources. The view of resource conservation theory believe that individuals in the process of work, consumes resources, if the consumed resource could not be added leads to dysfunction and lead to job burnout. Psychological capital have the function of the energy, can request for individual continues to work, such as too much work and too much pressure in the process of energy consumption to provide energy support, make the individual gain competitive advantage; Also can be used as a kind of basic resources, adjustment and management work of other resources, such as coping styles to choose, to alleviate the negative mood and burnout. Therefore, psychological capital should be organized in the personal- there are intermediary role between person-organization fit and job burnout.Of this study was to explore the primary and secondary school teachers person-organization fit, the characteristics of psychological capital and job burnout and their relations, and using “ the ability- job matching cognition ” scale, “the questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological capital ” “ the primary and secondary school teachers’ job burnout ” scale three tools, part of changsha city nine primary and secondary schools teachers 386 people questioned in a survey. Through the statistical analysis of the results, the following conclusions:1. Primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological capital have the difference of sex and period. Male teachers task-based psychological capital levels higher than female teachers; High school teachers task-based psychological capital levels higher than primary school teachers. Primary school teachers are interpersonal emotion type psychological capital levels higher than middle school teachers.2. Primary and secondary school teachers and personal–fit perception has teaching age difference, teaching experience long teachers’ personal perception than school age- organization matching short of teachers.3. Primary and secondary school teachers job burnout of school age differences in low satisfaction dimensions. First, short of teachers the low sense of achievement levels lower than school age long.4. Primary and secondary school teachers and personal fit and psychological capital and job burnout are related.5. Primary and secondary school teachers’ psychological capital in the person-organization fit has partial intermediary role and job burnout.
