Due to the sanction of middle school teachers group who was born in 1980-1989 (here in after referred to as "post 80s"),this study aims to present teaching status of this group, then seek the reason of the present situation, and put forward some suggestions. This paper hopes teachers, school administrators, education departments and social publics, to pay attention to the teachers'function in the education field, take an objective look at this group's superiority and the insufficiency in school education, guides them to effectively improve the teaching effect.This study starts with the literature review and analysis, and then summarizes basic concepts concerning the topic, which establishes the base of the study. In order to investigate the current situation of the teaching status of "post 80s"middle school teachers, the method of interview, questionnaire, observation and literature analysis were introduced in the study. The analysis of the causes of the topic was deduced through the data collected by interviews and questionnaire. Based on the feeling of post 80s", the suggestions for the improvement are brought up.Through the analysis of the research, the author finds that " post 80s" middle school teachers' teaching concept mainly consist of two aspects:teachers accept the new curriculum concept; "ideal" teaching concept is different from actual teaching concept. Teaching behavior status mainly for four aspects:teachers spend a lot of time preparing her lessons; They are well in the multimedia technology for teaching; Teaching is still lack of wisdom, explorative subject teaching achievements are generally not high. Teaching communication mainly displays in three aspects:The relationship between teachers and students are good; Parents and teachers association 'post 80s" is lack of trust; Colleagues become apparent, lack of effective teaching contacts and cooperation. Based on the investigation of the current situation, the paper analyzes that schools and education departments have trained the new curriculum for teachers; Teachers are strong for self-respect, eagered for others'identity lead to teaching concept status; this group like the Internet and they are lack of teaching materials and grasp lead to teaching behavior status; Teachers' and students' growth environment are similar and teaching result is not good and teachers' work is relatively independence is the teaching contacts status;Finally, based on the feeling of "post 80s", and other teachers' and manager's advice, and referencing related research achievements, make improvement for " post 80s" middle school teachers' suggestions.
