| The "Mathematics Curriculum Standards" for compulsory education(2011 edition)clearly defines the role of teachers in classroom teaching activities.Teachers should be the organizers and promoters of students’ learning.To understand the impact and role of students’ existing experience and cognitive level on learning new knowledge,when designing teaching activities,inspiration should be given priority to,democracy should be supplemented,not only should we pay attention to all students,but also focus on students’ individuality,and teach them in different ways rather than generalities.And teach it.However,the current situation of mathematics concept teaching in junior high school is not optimistic.Differences are often overlooked,which in turn leads to lower learning effectiveness of students and hinders the development of core mathematical literacy.Based on the requirements of the new curriculum reform,it is the main purpose of this study to explore how to apply the advanced concepts and methods of post-tea house-style teaching to the teaching of mathematics concepts in junior high school,so as to improve students’ learning efficiency and teachers’ professional quality.On the basis of relevant literature research and investigation and interview,the teaching design and practice research are carried out,and the results are obtained through data statistics and analysis as follows:(1)The latter "Tea house-style" teaching provides teachers with an effective teaching strategy reference.(2)The later "Tea-house-style" teaching was applied to the teaching of mathematics concepts in junior high school,which effectively improved the efficiency of the classroom.The relaxed communication atmosphere,high sense of participation and in-depth concept retrospective analysis are loved by students and have a significant impact on the learning effectiveness of most students.(3)The later "Tea-house-style" teaching was applied to the teaching of mathematics concepts in junior high school,which promoted the overall improvement of teachers’ professional quality.The application of post "Tea-house style" teaching improves the effectiveness of students’ mathematics learning,deepens teachers’ understanding of concept teaching,and enhances teachers’ teaching design and classroom organization ability,which has high reference value. |
