It refers to the particular ways of thinking and rules of management that generated from the dialogue management practice at school. School dialogue management model is formed in the process of a long-term practice at school, relying on its learning, accumulating and innovating. That's why it can be seen as the source of competencies and an significant intangible asset of a school. Its essence is to reflect on co-operative inquiry. Its functions include school values creating, incentive compatibility, and coordination and communication improvement. In addition, the core concept of the model lies in that participants of a dialogue should also be the researchers, dialogue setting should also be learning field, conceptions of scientific inquiry emphasizes instant communication in a certain circumstance, content of the dialogue should not only be totally understood but also be surpassed and so on.Since the school dialogue model is a new concept put forward to solve the problems that the traditional ones such as scientific management and humanistic management model cannot, it is quite important to put it into practice. The model can adapt to any new trends, and it is one of the important tasks of school innovationDialogue management model has its feasibility. Firstly, it is reasonable for it has theoretical foundation. Secondly, it has the legitimacy for it is summed up after real practice. Finally, it is instrumental in three respective aspects including techniques, human recourses and finance.However, the implementation of dialogue management do not always succeed for it also encounter many obstacles including the existence of hegemonic discourse, the effect of thinking set, action against dialogues, inappropriate definition of the subjects and the ignorance of particular settings and so on.In order to effectively implement school dialogue management, dialogue management concept must be updated, dialogue structure should be optimized, dialogue management strategies must be used properly, change the way of dialogue management, and strengthen its self-improvement mechanism. All those aspects constitute a support system of the school dialogue management model.
