There is no lack of attention to the management of curriculum examination in colleges and universities.The status and role of curriculum examination in the training and teaching operation of colleges and universities have been generally recognized,but with the development of education,the requirements of teaching and examination in colleges and universities are becoming more and more high.It is necessary for the curriculum examination of new undergraduate colleges to make clear their management objectives,find out the direction of their own reform,and realize the continuous perfection and breakthrough of examination management under the situation of adapting to the internal construction of colleges and the reform of external education and teaching.This article follows the whole train of thought of theoretical discussion and practice analysis.Based on the theory of examination management,this paper introduces the principles,contents and methods of implementing the management of the course examination,and conceive the conditions for the effective operation of the management of the examination.In the practical research,the author fully grasps the recent situation of the course examination execution in the newly established undergraduate colleges by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and through peeping into the hidden practical problems under the survey data,Found that the course examination process from the planning design to the results presented many loopholes.From the perspective of public management and Marxist epistemology,action theory and methodology,it is concluded that the concept of management is outdated and the implementation of management behavior is not strict.Management method is not scientific is the cause of the implementation of the course examination.Based on the analysis of reasons and the reality of development,this paper points out that the implementation of management reform in the course examination of new undergraduate colleges will face four difficulties in thinking,organization,personnel and methods.On the basis of the guidance of theoretical discussion and the practical reference of the good practices in the course examination implementation in the developed countries,the paper proposes to renew the concept of implementing management,strictly control the process of implementing management,form the characteristics of implementation management,and perfect the implementation management system.Training management talents is a good strategy for reform.
