The reform of basic education requires the Physics curriculum to achieve three objects:knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitude and values. These three goals could combine all together to greatly stimulate students' enthusiasm and to help students get an all-round development. However, in practical teaching, situation of the practicing of the third object is not so well due to the characteristics of the Physics curriculum itself. To make the implement of the aim "attitude and values" more practical, and also to guide teachers theoretically to implement Physics teaching, this article theoretically builds a standard training mode of the attitude aim. The training mode starts from a concept in psychology, the three components of attitude, and combining with Bandura's social learning theory and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the article builds the "attitude" aimed training mode in middle school Physics teaching from both acknowledge and behavioral intention factors. Besides, some teaching examples are given. The article is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the reason why the topic is chosen, and the research situation in this area. Chapter 2 makes an investigation and analysis on the strategies used by teachers to achieve the goal of attitude values. Chapter 3 lists the connotation of attitude, scientific spirit and the process of getting an attitude and theoretically gives the method on cultivating middle school students' scientific spirit. Chapter 4 introduces the strategies used to cultivate students' scientific spirit in details and gives some examples to illustrate how teachers should deal with the content of Physics history to cultivate students' scientific spirit. Chapter 5 is a summary of the author's works and poses a research direction for later researchers.
