Needs Of Students In Social Work Practice Research

At present,the development of the social work in our country is prosperous day and day. The professional practice is an indispensable key link in social work education, however, social work practice has encountered many problems. As a result of all sorts of factor influence, the social work students is not high satisfy with professional practice. Author thinks that understand and master students' demand is one of the important ways to improve students' satisfaction and practical effect. Therefore, this article is based on student-centered, study on needs of students in social work practice, to improve students' satisfaction, good practice and the development of social work practice education with my own strength.This article is divided into four chapters. Charpterâ… is an introduction, firstly intoduces the study of the origin, put forward needs of students in social work research, theoretical and practical significance. Secondly, reviews the relevant literature and demand theory, social role theory and humanism theory, pointing out that deficiency of existing research results. Thirdly, presents this definition of the related research and research concept and process. This article is primarily a literature research, participatory observation and in-depth interviews, an interactive model analysis of information.
