Social work originated in 17th century Europe, mature in Western capitalist countries of the 19th century. The social work ethic is the highest guiding principles and codes of conduct in social work. However, because of the social work came to China not too long, coupled with China’s specific national conditions, general domestic work ethic not pay enough attention to the social and even professional social work education in colleges and universities are rarely involved. Meanwhile, the professional practice of social work practice has been the foundation of the social work profession and train outstanding students, major universities have attached great importance to this internship. However, the schools, students and interns agencies mostly focused on upgrading professional skills training for social work ethic has not paid enough attention. Thus, the social work profession in college students’ professional practice, students often encounter ethical concerns. This will ultimately restrict the effectiveness of student internships. In view of this paper, from the cognitive-behavioral theory tries to find an internship students can solve social problems in ethical and effective strategies.In this paper, information obtained through interviews, supplemented by cognitive-behavioral theory, ethical awareness, ethical principles, and ethical decision determining three levels, conduct a thorough analysis of the problem, explained the causes of specific performance and ethical issues arise at the same time, from classroom learning, professional internships and three external environment standpoint of construction and cognitive behavioral interventions, specific methods proposed to solve this problem.
