The demands for teachers is highly enhancing in modern society, therefore the training of teachers is of great significance. Courseware training is a very important aspect in teacher training. Because of the professionalization of teachers, curriculum reform and the development of modern educational technology, the ability of courseware production is even more prominent. According to the current research, there are many studies on further training for teachers, but the research on the training about the difference between arts teachers and science teachers of their knowledge structure, thinking characteristic and teaching style is very few. On the base of his own practical experience, the author analyzes the needs of these two different teachers and carries out targeted training in order to achieve better results.This article is divided into five chapters as follows:(1) Introduction. In this part, the author introduces the research purpose, background and significance of this paper, discusses the current research situation, and then puts forward research methods and technology roadmap.(2) Summary of relevant theories. The school-based training theory and left and right brain theory are employed in this paper for the purpose of courseware training for arts teachers and science teachers.(3) The courseware training of arts teachers. This chapter describes the training needs, training content and training methods of arts teachers, and then gives a training case, finally depicts the training effects.(4) The courseware training of sciences teachers. Similar structure and content with the third chapter, the difference is that this part describes things about science teachers.(5) Summary. Several suggestions about teacher training of courseware production are involved in this chapter.
