With agricultural industrial structure adjustment and the urbanization process isaccelerated, a growing number of migrant rural surplus labor force, and a largenumber of young children are at home, because of long time separation with theirparents, lack of parental care and thought on the exchange and communication, overtime, this part of the many problems such as student of low performance anddiscipline. Now serious tendency of school weary is the most common and mostdangerous problem for left-behind children. Left-behind children is also the future ofour motherland, their tendency of school weary has grown to the point that is notallowed to ignore.The cause of Left-behind children weariness are various, left-behind childrenthemselves, families, schools and society are closely related. This tendency doesn’tdepend on the way of education, it is difficult to cure this problem. As a “helpinghuman to help oneself” of professional social work activity, left-behind children inrural areas of school weary interface, is the development of the treatment and payequal attention to the service process. Social work intervention in rural left-behindchildren learning, will be excavated from director itself and learning and livingenvironment is conducive to change the learning resources, play to the advantages ofsystem elements and potential.This study found that family factors and school factors are the main cause of therural left-behind children be disgusted, family, school and society to left-behindchildren in rural areas and dredge highly attention to education, the author, by themethod of case work, from the perspective of the left-behind children themselves,systematic analysis of elements such as learning and life, and build their socialsupport networks, and interactive activities with the director and regain the confidenceof the director, establish a correct outlook on life and values, in order to make up forthe defect of egotism learning ability or not, to help their healthy growth. Thus systemtheory intervention and treatment for rural left-behind children learning is a valuableoperational stronger way.
