The layout and adjustment of rural school, based on education reform to speed up the rural education resources, rational configuration, and the development of rural education to promote national quality improvement is of significance. Since 1990s, the school education in China's basic layout and adjustment become focusing on the development of rural school. At present, the layout and adjustment has made some progress, but in the work still appeared many problems. With the layout and adjustment of rural school, more and more schools merge, neglecting or even damaging the interests of the teacher is becoming increasingly prominent issue, such as teachers'changing work environment, full-time teachers'salaries, teachers'life pressure, substitute teacher movements and merging the resettlement of surplus teachers after problems, etc, all with teachers'conflicts of interest and security related, they affect the stability of rural teachers and the healthy development of the countryside elementary education.This adjustment of the layout of rural school teachers in the perspective of the demands of interest to study the layout of the adjustment of school teachers, the problems of conflict of interest, analyzed the causes of the problem and puts forward the safeguard and protect the interests of rural teachers suggestions.Full text is divided into five parts, the first part for introduction, introduces the topic of the meaning of reason and research, review of existing research done, and the research methods and describes the idea of frameworks.The second part of the demands of interest to teachers related to concepts and theories are introduced, illuminates the safeguarding the interests of rural teachers, optimizes for teachers, improves the rural education quality, and promotes the healthy development of rural education.The third part examines the layout and adjustment of rural school under the background of the conflict of interest situation. Teachers from merging uneven and teachers'teaching configuration after working pressure increase. Teachers'mental health is ignored, working environment to implement relevant to treatment being bullish. The resettlement of surplus teachers, class teacher of rights issues are historical analysis of full system.The fourth part reveals the causes of teachers'conflicts of interest, and emphatically from respecting the "people-oriented" concept has not been formed, supporting the education personnel system is unsound. Teachers with the interests of the appeal for help mechanism is not perfect. The rural education funds are still insufficient to analyze, and reveals the causes of the teachers'interest--conflict.The fifth part of the discussion above, proposes the improvement which is based on the survival and development of rural teachers at present situation, safeguards the interests of rural teachers countermeasures and suggestions, and promotes the healthy development of the countryside elementary education.
