Compulsory Schools Adjust The Layout Of The Preliminary Study

Further reform and opening has accelerated the development of social economy and the urbanization in China. The new situation has brought a new problem under discussion, that is, how to undertake a timely comprehensive regulation for education and an adjustment to the distribution of schools, and how to bring about the balanced, healthy and sustaining development of education while promoting compulsory education. It has been a very critical task for current education research. It is a necessary part in the process of urbanization and the development of social economy, and at the same time, it will lay a solid foundation for quality education and the modernization of education. The essay presents some data on the changes in education scope and on the achievements made in our country and some areas, as well as some facts based on a research in Yandu, Jiangsu. These data and facts prove that since the " Reform and Opening" policy was carried out, elementary education has gone through a change from popularization to consolidation and further development, typically a change in distribution of schools from decentralization to centralization. Besides, the writer explains in the essay some factors that influence the adjustment to the distribution of schools and makes some theoretical analyses of the " population and zone to serve" of schools. On the basis of these studies, the writer raises some personal suggestions on the scope of schools and tries to offer some solutions which might help solve the possible problems in the process of the adjustment to the distribution of schools.In a word, scientific regulation, rational distribution and proper adjustment to the distribution of schools is basic and essential for economic development, favorable urbanization, consolidation of the achievements made in " Two Bases" , balanced development of education, modernization of education and for the building of a well-off society.
