The layout and adjustment of primary and junior high school in the village is an important policy that has been carried out in our country in the last few years. It made the disposition of the village education resources more reasonable and promoted the development of the village compulsory education. Through the adjustment, some difficult problems unsolved in the past have been solved; the disposition of the village education resources is more reasonable; the benefit of education investment has been improved. In the meantime, many problems have arisen because of inappropriate adjustment in some places. Some students in the poor minority regions have no chance to go to school and others face the risk of leaving school.Firstly, this research is based on the facts of the minority regions using Zhenyuan as a case to state some related research concepts, the title and its meaning, literature summary and research design; Secondly, the paper shows the key problem that has existed in the layout and adjustment according to the current education of Zhenyuan. The third, the paper presents subjective and objective analysis of factors affecting the layout and adjustment. The fourth, the paper shows the strategies of the layout and adjustment in some poor minority regions according to the goal, the principles and the mode of the layout and adjustment. Finally, some suggestions have been given on how to solve problems.
