Under the circumstance that network communication technology such as computer technology, multi-media technology and modern communication technology has gain a rapid development, the virtual world, a new factor which is different from the reality, has been presented to us and exerted a great impact on our daily physical and spiritual cultural life, especially to the middle school students who are immature both in physiology and psychology, and the hazard of it becomes more and more obvious. It is an urgent task to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of middle school and promote students'ideology and morality in the new environment. All the education activities undergo in certain environment with no exception of ideological and political education. In a certain sense, the ideological and political education is a process that the body of ideological and political education improve ideological and political environment constantly. The effectiveness of ideological and political education depends on the degree that the faculties of ideological and political education optimize the ideological and political environment.
