After ten years of hard work and actively explore, independent colleges have a special status in high education system for their unique new model and mechanism.The education of independent colleges are lower than the ordinary undergraduate education but higher than the academy education, which is totally different from the ordinary undergraduate education, the vocational and technical college and private colleges. Therefore, independent colleges location should dominated by undergraduate teaching, on the basis of practical skills training, the outstanding service for local or regional economic and social development as main goal. Compared with the ordinary undergraduate education, the education of independent colleges should have strong practical ability, applied technology ability. Compared with higher vocational students, the education of Independent colleges has a system of the base of the discipline theory, have certain innovation and technological innovation theory ability.At present, goals of accounting education in independent colleges has apart from the needs of the market, accounting education ideas and methods can not reach the market requirement, setting accounting courses cannot meet the needs of the market. All above things affected the independent college teaching quality of the accounting profession, and violated the independent colleges of education mode.To improve the teaching quality and cultivate the high quality applicatory talents is becoming priority of every independent college currently. If independent colleges have no quality assurance, they could not achieve the scientific development, and not have lasting vitality. Therefore, discussing and finding a new pattern which is fit for the accounting education in independent college education becomes a top priority. This is fit for the requirement of accounting education research theory in independent college, and is also fit for solving the problem of independent colleges dropping behind the actual demand.
