| With the development of economy,the professional education of accounting has been paid more and more attention and recognition,and the employment problem has been hot and difficult issues now.However,because of differences between the supply and demand of talent,the current accounting education is hard to meet the needs of society.Based on the basic theory of pedagogy and management,the study analyzes and demonstrates the methods such as literature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis.Firstly,the study analyzes the demand situation of the accounting professional employment in higher vocational colleges through the statistics and analysis of the employment data of the MyCOS research institute and the survey data of the employing units in the past three years.Through the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the quality of employment in the case colleges and universities,the stud y discusses the current supply situation of the accounting graduates of higher vocational colleges.By comparing the situation of supply and demand at both ends,the study determines the differences between the supply and demand of the current vocational and technical education.Secondly,the study reconstructs personnel training objectives and programs on the analysis of the supply and demand situations.Finally,on the basis of personnel training objectives and training programs,the study proposes concrete measures to improve the employment and professional sustainable development ability of accounting students in higher vocational colleges.The study shows that: 1.At present,the differences between supply and demand of accounting education in vocational colleges are mainly manifested in the followed aspects: lack of education of professional values,the disagreement between the training objectives and the overall employment situation,the disjunction of teaching content and employment demand,lack of competency and lack of professionalism.2.Personnel training target should focus on the demand of small and medium-sized private enterprises,training high-skilled application talents in accounting work management,accounting,financial management,accounting supervision and other positions with good professional values,strong competency and sustainable development abilities.The personnel training program should focus on the reconstruction of education system including the professional-oriented positions,professional competence and professional accomplishment relating to the work demands.3.The teaching improvement measures including the construction of outstanding teachers with high-quality,the establishment of “professional core class” and “professional direction course” system;designing the course contents integration of professional skills and professional quality,using “deliberate practice” and “ feedback in time” teaching methods,implementing teaching evaluation mode around the curriculum content and teaching methods.The study focuses on cultivating the accounting talents with comprehensive professional abilities,The goals and the measures of teaching system should be operated easily and has high degree of correlation with the business task of enterprises. |
