The presence of a person based on verbal expression for the characterization, precisely because of the verbal expression makes the person has value and meaning.The verbal expression is the lifeblood of the bearer of the culture, and the quality of verbal expression for everyone eventually converging to the motherland cultural creativity, so as to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture! In this thesis, the core issue of how students express force commenced.The first chapter is the introduction. Perspective and critical for today’s students blindly accept mechanical input, homogeneous output negative pragmatic phenomenon.Then from the theoretical to the concept of a systematic introduction to theoretical support of this thesis-the21st century a new concept of mother tongue education:positive language.The second chapter Reformed language education goals. Combed so far since the founding of the goal of language education, the analysis of the first three viewpoints are great drawbacks the last Reformed Language Education goal:to cultivate expressive. Defined in the mother tongue, express force.Chapter III, Chapters IV and V is the main part of the paper. Native teachers tdo the emancipating the mind and heterogeneity read; At the same time, mother-tongue teachers is to be a facilitator and a writer,both spoken and written two, activation of the pragmatic.
