With the rapid development of market economy, it is not only requires the secondary vocational schools cultivate qualified people with proficient skills, but also put forward a higher requirement about the standard for professional ethics of high-quality technical workers. By the way of post practice, the secondary vocational schools improve the ability to work independently and practical competence of the students, and the more important is let students work in the enterprise, set up the consciousness of love in work,enduring hardships competition and cooperation, cultivating high quality of professional ethics, thus increasing employment competitiveness of graduates. Professional ethics education is a system engineering during the post practice, it will take the combination of school,enterprise and intern to finish this task. Post practice is finished in the enterprise, the thesis attempts to make a research on the current situation of students'professional ethics education during the post practice bases on questionnaire and interview, analysis the actuality and problems to be promptly solved in the professional ethics education, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, provide the referential foundation to improve the professional ethics education, in order to promote the perfection and development of professional ethics education.At first, the thesis conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews to 4 secondary vocational schools, 300 intern students and post practice enterprises in Hebei province. Then, based upon the survey and interviews, it analyzes the current situation of professional ethics education of post practice, finally finds out the universal problems existed in this field and analyzes them, such as, there are 3 factors which influence intern students'sense of self-management, and they result in the failure of intern students to achieve self-management; schools don't perform the corresponding management function strictly, and the reason is that schools don't pay enough attention on the professional ethics education of post practice; the low effectiveness of the enterprises'professional ethics education for intern students is caused by enterprises'little awareness of professional ethics education for intern students.Aiming at the discovered problems and based on the developmental educational evaluation theory, the practice of Marxist philosophy and situated learning theory, the author conducts a series of rational thinking. Firstly, we put forward the four principles that the professional ethics education should abide by in post practice: the principle of students'subjectivity, the principle of feedback, the principle of periodicity and the principle of trade. Then put forward three methods that the professional ethics education should hold on in post practice: the persuasion and education method, the model demonstration method and the Bi-directional Incentive-constraint method.Finally,the article puts forward the strategy of professional ethics education problems of post practice in vocational school. The article is established in students, school and enterprise. It combines with the goal of education of the occupation morals request and uses for reference of the former people's theories and practice experience. On the base of this, the article puts forward the relevant measures. First, the intern students should actively develop self-education, including self-cognition correctly,strengthen self- learning,persevere self-reflection. Second, vocational school ought to play a role of management effectively, including carrying out the education work solidly before work placements, dealing well with the guidance of professional ethics in the course of internship and constantly perfecting professional ethics evaluation system. Lastly, the enterprise should fully undertake the duty of education: firstly, it should provide a good environment for professional ethics education; secondly, it should speed up the cultivating step of teacher training for professional ethics; thirdly, it should promote the update of the content of professional ethics education.
