In recent years, with the advancement of industrialization in China, people paymore and more attention on the development of secondary vocational school,thus thequality of secondary vocational education becomes the core issue of social concern.For that reason, a series of policy are established to promote the development ofsecondary vocational education. Moreover, the promotion of the quality of secondaryvocational education is relevant to the teacher’s quality of secondary vocationeducation. The most effective ways to enhance to level of education is to takemeasures on professional development. Without high-level and professional teachers,there is no way to say the enhancement and sustainable development of secondaryvocational education. Dealing with the existing problem of secondary teachers’professional development from the situational real evidence, the research also use thestandard of vocational education as reference to make the questionnaire and theinterview outline from three points, professional philosophy and ethics, professionalknowledge and professional ability. The research takes Qinhuangdao city, Hebeiprovince professional teachers from public schools as the research object, to find outthe results by using the correlation and difference analysis.On the basis of studying theory research about the secondary vocational teachers’professional development, the researches find out the correlative core concepts, suchas secondary vocational teachers’ professional development, professional philosophyand ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability, and through studying andsummarizing the existing the research into eights aspects, the connotation of thechannel of secondary vocational teachers’ professional development, the normal formof secondary vocational teachers’ professional development, the standard of secondaryvocational teachers professional development, and the demand and obstaclessecondary vocational teachers’ professional development.By bombing the previousstudies, the research find out that it has already made some progress on secondaryvocational teachers’ professional development, but there is also some aspects need toimprove, such as more macro research and less microscopic research, more theoreticalresearch and less present research, more single research and less system research, more speculation research and less empirical research, more ontology research andless environmental research. In order to avoid these problems, the research deeplyanalyzed the present situation.Dealing with the existing problem of secondaryteachers’ professional development from the situational real evidence, the researchalso use the standard of vocational education as reference to make the questionnaireand the interview outline from three points, professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.By analyzing the questionnaires, it find out that there are four tendency forsecondary teachers’ professional development, the research takes Qinhuangdao city,Hebei province professional teachers from public schools as the research object, tofind out the results by using the correlation and difference analysis. Finally throughthe statistics and contrast analysis, the research get out the advantages anddisadvantages on teacher’s professional development. And starting from the existingproblems, and targeted from the individual level, teaching-school, trainingapartmentsand government level, the four aspects to put out a number of strategies for secondaryvocational school teachers’ professional development in Qinhuangdao.
