Professional ethics education is an important part of moral education work in the secondary vocational school. To have a study on professional ethics education can improve the professional ethics education, have a better effect on the professional ethics of secondary vocational students’ and realize the goal of cultivating the skilled talents with high quality for the country. This study adopts the method of literature,interview, observation and questionnaire to analyze the problem of the professional ethics education and try to find out the solution.Research shows that at present the effect of the occupational moral education,professional ethics education is poor. There are many problems. For example, the content of the moral education material is out of date. The evaluation of moral education is not reasonable and the way is single which shows a trend of marginalization. Lack of a strong teaching staff and the contact with the enterprise is one of the major problems of professional ethics education in secondary vocational school. The reasons are various. It is restricted by the quality of student. Secondary vocational school does not attach the importance on professional ethics education.There is no innovations on the content and the target of professional ethics education.The teaching of professional ethics education teaching is not effective. Influenced by the society, family, school and enterprises did not work together, which is another the main reasons. Therefore, secondary vocational schools, in the process of implementation of the professional ethics education, should set up a team of powerful teaching staff firstly. Then, school should have a deep understanding to the goal of the professional ethics education. The third step is to strengthen the implementation of the professional ethics moral education, on the basis of seeking countermeasures in the education teaching practice. The fourth one is to broaden the mind of professional ethics education and to look for more effective ways to the problem. Moreover, to strengthen the students’ training and practice, cultivating the habit of professional moral is essential. Next, the evaluation of professional educational system should improve. Finally, the professional moral education network of family, school and enterprise tripartite should be formed so that it can contribute to occupation morals education greatly.
