Migrant workers has gradually become an important part of urban industrial people under the big background of the rapid growth of China’s social economy. With the corresponding, their children’s education problem has become a special problem that the education development of our country must face. In recent years, the problem of trailing children entering the neighborhood school caused the attention from all walks of life and gradually resolved with the constant improvement of national policy. And further observation shows that education quality of these children in school has become the new task of education research.So, this study chose the Tonghai S primary school as a case, according to the rural villages and towns school launched investigations. The school in Tonghai county economy more developed regions, many businesses around, migrant workers concentration. Trailing children learning to keep growing in number, this in S primary school formed a special education group. Due to these students and local students has obvious difference in behavior, so they need school to give special education policy attention in order to better promote the all-round development of students. And for this particular problem study has practical and theoretical significance.This study chose Grade 3 of migrant children as object, respectively made the students questionnaire, parents questionnaire, and teachers questionnaire, out 425 questionnaires, investigate related issues. On this basis, we further for teachers, students, parents of the interview. At the same time, using the method of literature study, observation and case tracking, tries to parse the migrant workers trailing their children’s bad behavior habit and the relationship between the family, school, society.Through research, this article explores the suitable for children of migrant workers trailing nurturance education strategy. First of all, we want to improve the quality of trailing children behavior to develop education, encouraging them to healthy growth, actively integrated into the local development; Next, we want to use the equal and meet their special needs education teaching method, in view of the trailing children formulate suitable for the actual situation of rules and regulations; Third, we should make teachers are generalized workers of moral education, develop education in the daily campus work content; Fourth, we should strive to arouse the trailing children parents education consciousness, improve the quality of trailing children’s family education, establish a parent-school cooperative together; Finally, we will strive to build up multiple linkage nurturance education school, family and social networks.
