For the sake of its intense and wonderful antagonism,professional boxing become one of the most attractive sports in the world. Thereupon its industrialization level raises through that. But its two facets also display on professional boxing.Large interest is generated and intentional foul which may cause or increase hurt is also seen and become more and more covert.Boxers has the risk when they get onto the stage and they can foresee and consent to that.But they will never foresee or consent to the hurt caused by intentional foul.Thus intentional foul which can cause others hurt should bear legal obligation for it offend the law.The emphasis of this graduation thesis is which kinds of intentional foul are intentional hurt and what legal responsibility should he bear.The characteristic of this paper is its use of traditional law theories to the personal injury cases in professional boxing by the analysis of the elements of legal responsibility,means to the responsibility and so on.At the same time,to control a degree which to bear legal responsibility considering the trait of professional boxing for the safety of the boxers and the jingcai of the games.At last reach the conclusions:(1)Intentional hurt behavior in professional boxing match can be definitized by the action of boxers but not easily to judge.Thus the level and the attention of the referees are very important and this is the premise for legal relief.(2)For hurt behavior in professional boxing match,inner remedy is more than legal remedy.That means most of the intentional hurt are handled by inner remedy for the sake of the particularity of professional boxing.But if the hurt can be of the firm opinion that caused by intentional hurt,legal relief may take effect and there are cases in foreign countries.(3)Compared to other special provisions,Boxing Safety Act isn't close to common law.This causes victims not easy to make up for there loss.
