The Legal Relief Of College Student’s Practice Right

Academic research on problems of internship right remedy for college students is little. Most of the articles research from the perspective of college students practice rights and interests are harmed. Student internship rights is not a legal provisions, it is a proper rights. In this paper,practice right is think as the child rights under the right to education. It is different from college students practice rights and interests. In different types of internship, internship rights and interests of the university students is not the same. Internship right is an important rights for college students, but from time to time it is violated, internship right remedy for college students has a realistic significance. At present, the college students’ practice is lack of legal protection, that makes student internship right is violated frequently.We should give full attention to it. We will improve the mechanism of college students practice legal right of relief.The article is divided into three parts. The first chapter firstly start from foxconn case, The case maked me thinking on college students’ practice right. practice right is think as the child rights under the right to education. It is different from college students practice rights and interests, and analyze the significance of establishment and relief of practice right. The second chapter mainly discusses the insufficient of practice right, analyze that practice right is violated or not from the connotation of the right.
