Many people in China love Table tennis. Decades of development in China has formed the world's leading style tactics. Tennis has its own unique characteristics. In table tennis, serve can not contain any of the impact and implementation of their winning programs. And Table tennis return of serve is an important component of technology. If the return of serve is not good, in addition to loss of points, techniques and tactics cannot play, it will also cause psychological stress and fear. Therefore, the study table tennis's return of serve is an important role. This study integrated sports experts–trained hands research paradigm, reaction time paradigm, the event related potential technology and index,to research in motion perception in the table tennis serve rotation. Discusses the high level of athlete's feat and cognitive processing characteristics.The results showed:(1) International athletes group has higher decision-making efficiency and performance with higher accuracy.(2) In our choice of four serve in rotation, international athletes group show the two groups of confusion, "turn" and "not turn" technical movement prone to confuse, "side up" and "side down" technical movement prone to confuse. Do to secondary athletes in the further analysis found that secondary athletes tend to take key combination strategy.(3) After 680ms in stimulating present, international athletes group and secondary athletes'occipital area appears P3 wave. The secondary athletes'occipital area P3 wave appears to be earlier than international athletes', and amplitude is bigger, CSD scope is larger.(4) International athletes group and secondary group occipital regions in the receiving visual stimulation of the start time is similar, international athletes group occipital area activated quantity to achieve maximum time around than secondary athletes'30ms late. International athletes group in the parietal area processing time saving 270ms compare to secondary athletes.(5) International athletes group and secondary group left-right brain activation athletes have different extent, secondary athletes'player activate higher, larger, and last longer.Concludes that:(1)International athletes in serve rotating judgment, "turn", "not turn" easy to confuse; "Side up","side down" easily confused. But secondary group's four kinds of serve rotating all appear confusing.(2) Visual information processing in the extraction stage,parietal region shows the role of guiding, at this stage international athletes'parietal area shows higher than secondary athletes displays obviously "top-down" processing mode.(3)International master athletes show asymmetry in right-left hemispheres during visual information processing. International athletes group of athletes draw on the right occipital area resource.(4) Athletes brain information processing shows directional and irreversible, visual stimulation information along the occipital-parietal pathways conduction, international athletes reach the peak activation in the occipital area activated was shorter than secondary athletes, which save time for the right decisions.(5) International athletes group of athletes complete cognitive activity is a kind of save mode, shows using fewer resources and get more efficient.
