Still guiding them to own a basic understanding and thinking of human value, dignity, independent personality, life, dream and destiny. And by doing this, they will be led to ask themselves:"what I have lived for?"How I have lived?"and"How should I live?"…Therefore, it is crucial to find a best linkage of social support and involvement of education to enhance the development in mind and body of teenagers.There is plenty of evidence indicated nowadays there exist extreme tend of being frustrated because of the poor psychological bearing ability, weak willpower while the function of physical education is to develop children's and strong willpower and character. Therefore physical education, to be some extent, has the specific value of frustration education. The paper attempts to discuss the nature of life through sports with the aim of explaining the value of life and its function of strengthen the willpower and efficiently reconciling of frustrated mind. Hence the construction of frustration-oriented education offers a theoretical basement of launching this kind of education, and even enhances the new understanding and relocation of physical education.
