Growth of college students are at a critical period in life, such a special group of emotional life is in the richest, most intense, most delicate, the most turbulent period, but also mental illness resulting in the individual peaks and dangerous period, once setbacks, it will be plunged into long-term adverse emotional disturbance and unable to extricate themselves, therefore, to strengthen the force of psychological frustration and research, help improve the psychological quality of college students to help them successfully through the college life, to society, has a very significance.In this paper, Northeast Normal University, Jilin Institute of Physical Education, Changchun Normal University 3 School of Physical Education teaching force of the anti-frustration situation, and teachers in the classroom teaching status of the implementation of setbacks for the study of education, described in the Physical Education Majors the frustration and the urgency of the need for education, implementation of teaching approaches and methods setback education, and should pay attention to the problem. Conclusions of the study are as follows:1 Physical Education in Changchun City by the Physical Education in Higher Education in the investigation of frustration and found this group of physical education majors in the teaching situation is more serious setback, with the grade increased setbacks strength tended to decrease, the frequency of female strength setbacks than boys, urban students than rural students in the degree setback.2 physical education students can not correctly understand the vast majority of sports and setbacks content and links between education, which is not conducive to their learning in the curriculum inspire self-efficacy.3Physical education teachers sense of frustration students is not enough, inadequate implementation, education, physical education setback not receive due attention. Setbacks in the education of students, not to education, physical education content and frustration very well together.Finally, the author recommends the implementation of Physical Education Majors setback education, first and foremost is to play the important role of physical education teachers; teaching should make an effort to guide students to improve the ability to analyze the reasons; requires the creation of a good learning environment; the use of appropriate physical education teaching methods reasonable teaching organization; and after-school training and competition through the development of setbacks education; setbacks in the implementation of education, must pay attention to proper and appropriate, encourage and divert attention, and for students to create more opportunities for interaction with peers.
