The Chinese writing activity is sinking into such a rigid circulation structure of reading, writing, examination and graduation, while the exam-oriented education is still the current dominant atmosphere. Writing activity urgently needs a traditional reform in order to arouse students' subjectivity and develop their innovative quality. Film and TV resources into writing activity, which is based on exploring the intervention of film and TV resources, causes writing activity to undergo fission, namely, to break the original space sequence and function sequence of writing activity, including the meanings of breaking the current situation, routine, and producing the exchange of information and energy with external, and achieves to learn to write in life and feel life in writing indeed. At present, the domestic research on integration of film and TV resources and writing activity, has made some progress, but there still exists many shortcomings, such as patterns of how to create film cultural atmosphere in classroom teaching and writing process respectively, a new course form in the combination of film commentary and writing activity "Film Commentary Writing Course" and its modes etc., which are also lack of in-depth research. This paper attempts to take quality education, writing innovative teaching and film and TV resources as the background, to reveal the core idea of innovative quality, and to probe the ways of developing students' innovative quality by film and TV resources into writing activity.The paper has five parts: the introduction part, discusses the era appeal of innovative quality, the related research summarization and significance of the research; the first part, elaborates innovative quality in writing activity from its explanation and its writing response; the second part, explores the theory of innovative quality in writing activity from five aspects, they are fusion's reconstruction, type, characteristics, theoretical basis and practical basis; the third part, expounds the requirements of developing innovative quality in writing activity, and then investigates the way in developing students' innovative quality in three aspects of cultural exchange (create film culture atmosphere), resources integration (construct film commentary course), and process optimization (innovate writing activity plans); the epilogue part, summarizes the whole thesis.
