A Contrastive Analysis Of Basketball Coaches' Current Situation In Municipal Sports School Of Three Northeast Provinces

With the achievement of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the sports in China opened a new era, Municipal sports school of northeast three provinces had brought up many excellent athletes, and made great contrbutuions to our country. Now professional sports system is accepting some new changes, and municipal sports school of three northeast provinces is the basis of professional sports system in three northeast provinces. Basketball coaches in sports school are the real executers, who have key function of the preceding and the following. By contrastive analyzing of basketball coaches'current situation in municipal sports school of three northeast provinces, conclusion will be drawn about strong and weak points of coaches'scientific research, training and management. Thereby this could help coaches know developing tendency of basketball training in three northeast provinces, and guide the coaches of three northeast provinces in scientific research, training, management and so on.In this paper, with the use of literature method, investigation method, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning, we investigate the coach stuff in municipal sports school of three northeast provinces, analyze and research the basketball coaches'current situation of municipal sports school of northeast three provinces, and put forward some valuable advice which benefits the development of basketball coaches'stuff in sports school.Research conclusion: 1.There exists great differences among basketball coaches in municipal sports school of three northeast provinces, including age structure, times for competition which coaches as leaders, and times of coaches'post training themselves. Liaoning province is superior to both Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces in the three aspects. The age from 35 to 40 is the best age for coaches'ability. The coaches'structure in Liaoning province mainly consists of middle aged, and the other two provinces lack middle aged coaches in structure, which is not reasonable structure. Competition is criteria of checking coaches'teaching abilities. At same time it is a good opportunity for observing learning and accumulating competitive experience. Over 44 percent of coaches in Liaoning province may lead team to attend competition for 3 or 4 times every year, whereas the other two provinces cannot do that.2. There exist some common advantages and weaknesses among coaches in municipal sports school of three northeast provinces. Advantages mainly include the improvement of education background and the interest for scientific research, and weaknesses include the inferior professional titles of coaches and keeping the stage of experience training style.3. The way for the posts in these three provinces is heading to the competition mode, is gradually out of the "elite athletes are equal to outstanding coaches" model. 4. There is a tendency of getting younger among basketball coaches in municipal sports school of three northeastern provinces. So should pay attention to the cultivation of young coaches, give them more care and reduce the usual loss of the young coaches in order to enhance the stability of coaches contingent.
