Higher personnel training is China’s implementation of "education" strategic policy focus,is an important force of national economic construction, national science graduate as animportant development and economic construction of human resources, responsible fornational innovation and technology and seize the commanding heights of the world economyarduous task[1]. Training high-level personnel, related to the implementation of the nationaleconomy, science and education development in the near future and long-term planning,thereby affecting the living standards of the people and the country’s status in the country andso on. In order to accelerate the development and adaptation process, large quantities ofhigher personnel began training. However, with the rapid development of industrialization,the development of modern science and technology has revolutionized the modern mode ofproduction, labor is replaced by automated machinery, social demand declined. Highernumber of personnel training and social needs of the emergence of supply and demand,resulting in our current grim employment trends. In the national sport among all sportsdisciplines, traditional sports are two subjects of this discipline, it belongs to a moreintegrated disciplines, traditional sports martial arts are mainly based, contains a number oftraditional health and folk some sports[2]. National Traditional Sports of the professionalemployment problem has been affected by the global attention and become a hot topic ofsocial discussion.Graduate employment situation is a national and family education for the most directmanifestation of investment and return. Graduate students enrolled in the Professional andenrollment increasing number of colleges and universities, but research-related employmenthas not kept pace. Current statistics and analysis of the most professional and graduateemployment survey in the study of undergraduate, graduate employment surveys the statusquo but for only three articles. Among all universities northeastern provinces only eightschools have enrolled in the postgraduate qualification. Heilongjiang Province: HarbinInstitute of Physical Education, Harbin Normal University. Jilin Province: Yanbian University,Northeast Normal University, Jilin University. Liaoning Province: Liaoning NormalUniversity, Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang Institute of Physical Education. Currentlythere is no specific national employment policies that establish professional graduate students.Understand the market for traditional national sport of professional personnel needs andemployment standards, etc., in order to make the system of colleges and universities makechanges in the training program and curriculum, in order to promote employment of graduatestudents. In this paper questionnaire, mathematical statistics, expert interviews, literature, logicanalysis and induction, the country approved the establishment of national traditional sportspostgraduate Master’s eight colleges graduates graduated in2012,201378name to thequestionnaire, while one of two universities in two graduate students have graduated, peoplepass a professional tutor individual schools were interviewed to understand today’s socialdevelopment of national traditional sports in the past two years the market demand andMaster the employment situation of graduates, professional development prospects andcurricular developments.First through literature, the use of network resources and related library resources,Liaoning Normal University curriculum content settings for traditional sports, trainingobjectives, the employment situation, the market demand of these aspects of the articleretrieval and analysis, combined with the study recent actual demand for talent, referencepredecessors of the national traditional sports undergraduates employment, employment andother professional sports master graduates literature, preliminary sorting and induction. Finally summed employment policy, social needs, universities and individuals ownthese four factors were analyzed.The results showed that:1, graduate students mainly from rural areas, more men than women, most of themdirectly to graduate college, most students are in contact martial arts from the college.2, graduate employment area to stay in their institutions or the city where they live anddevelop over the city, most of the work in the city, while students who return to work less.3, the employment career mainly school teachers, university, public security and armedsystem, the state-owned units, martial arts and a small part as a club coach.Summarizes the impact of these results for the three northeastern provinces of NationalTraditional Sports Professional Master’s Employment Situation summarized as follows:1, all levels of government is no specific policy on employment for graduates of nationaltraditional sports for college graduates to teach in remote rural areas to support the pay andsubsistence allowance, the state’s graduates start their own businesses some tax relief policies.2, the employer also affect demand for the professional factor. Graduates considerednational sport of professional development prospects are good projects tradition tai chi,qigong and other health fitness classes, and the current college or training objectives toteachers and coaches based.4, the training system, curriculum and teacher training unit level master’s graduates arealso factors that influence.5, for personal reasons are the main factors that affect employment. Master’s graduates in careers when negative attitudes, lack of capacity, self-positioning high and high expectationspsychological phenomenon.According to the employment of the factors affecting the graduate for employment policy,training school, graduate capability makes the following recommendations:1, the proposed national advocate for and promote the traditional national sport;introduction of more attractive financial subsidies to promote grass-roots level and master’sgraduates to work in remote rural areas; implement priority review for graduate students starttheir own businesses, and to shorten the time the loan audit, tax incentives, etc. measures.2, universities should develop a more systematic manner more responsive to marketdemand, the development of the tertiary industry of sports-related courses; effective conductcareer guidance; strengthen cooperation between the various disciplines, enhancing theoverall quality of students’ development.3, students should keep abreast of the employment situation, their own ability toaccurately locate employment; identify their deficiencies and strengthen their ability andlevel.
