Study On The Influencing Factors Of Shenyang Sport University Male Students' Movement Skill Level Specializing In Gymnastics, Grade-2007

Gymnastics is one of the main courses in Physical Education specialty in our country. It is an important content in all forms of Physical Education and it has a pivotal position of personnel training system. In gymnastics teaching practice courses, it is useful to prepare well for different kinds of affects on the motor skill which students master and enhance the level of the students' motor skill teaching and training with a goal for improve the teaching efficiency and quality. In the former related literatures, many specializes in the student about gymnastics to act the technical study and the research of factors affecting , but these researches content emphasis point most concentrates on only one or two aspects. In order to comprehensively explain the factor of what influence the gymnastics'skills in sports study, and offer a referenced ponder to gymnastics teaching ,this article make a more extensive research about the effects from the bodily shape, the physiological function, the physical quality and the psychological factor and so on four aspects which affect the training of the student specialize in gymnastics in Shenyang Sport University physical education (to hereafter refer to as"SSUPE")The article analyzed the factors that influence the education journal of body skill level, by measuring the physical functions, physical quality, psychological quality indicators of all the gymnastics training students in grade 2007 of PE department (altogether 10 male students)under the new male second-level rules of motor skill performance of male students through paper documents, interviews, testing, observation, mathematical statistic and so on to their bodily shape, the physiological function, the physical quality, the psychological quality target and student's motor skill result has carried on the survey and the appraisal under the new edition man two level of compulsory exercise grading rule, analyzed has affected SSUPE gymnastics to specialize in the student motor skill level the factor. Studies suggest that upper maximum thrust, lower limb explosive balance and sensitive reaction affect student motor skill levels, which is the most important physical factors of Shenyang Sport University .The less important elements that affect them are the most vigorous lower limb, Grip, Upper extremity endurance and Hip Flexibility. Confidence index and Action representation index are the primary Psychological indicators which can influence the SSUPE gymnastics students' sport skill. Height, weight, body shape index,vital capacity, cardiac index and physiological function index don't have a clear effect to SSUPE gymnastics students' sport skills come up with paying attention to balance andSensitive indicators of response to physical and Confidence index, Psychological indicators ofaction representation index, Further optimize the Factor system of teaching imposed, it makeswhich effect multi-aspect elements index of the gymnastics students' sport skills comprehensiveand coordinated development.
