The Research On The Sports Rights Of High School In Shenyang

Research purpose: school sports is as the basis of social and competitive sports, the important constituent part of China's educational and sports career, the strategic importance of China's sports career. The implementation will directly affect the development of Chinese education and sports career. Sport's right is the students'basic right as well as the human right, but currently, it is being ignored and pushed aside which should be paid enough attention by the legislation working group and educational and sports workers.This paper research are discussed from the angle of school sports and sport jurisprudence. We studied about the implementation situation of students'sport right at school. Though consulting literature and interviews, there four typical rights have been chosen to be investigated and studied, they are respectively sports educational right, freedom of choice right, sports possessions right and personal right. We wish to give some information and recommendations to carry out the work of school physical education better,protect the rights of students in sports more effectively and achieve "education according to law", "obey laws".Research methods: this study used the literature, expert interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistical method.Research results: this study is mainly on students'sport right at schools, four of them have been chosen which are sports educational right, freedom of choice right, sports possessions right and personal right. To understand the implementation and impact factors of these rights in schools as well as give some recommendations. It is hoped to provide some scientific evidence for better school sports development.In conclusion, the implementation of Shenyang high school students'sports right in school is relatively good. The implementation of right to education and personal right are better than the freedom of choice right, sports possessions. This needs every department, sport teachers and students to push the extending and education law.Recommendation: expending sports jurisprudence, providing school sports excellent atmosphere, this will make the schools teach legally, control itself legally, fully guarantee the implementation of the students'sports right.
