The development of students’ physical health level isn’t optimistic in recentyears.The government pay great attention to the students’ physical health.Improvingthe students’ physical level through a new round of physical education curriculumreform is also the government’s hope. The old sports education outline can’t meet thedevelopment requirements of The Times, It can’t fully arouse the enthusiasm ofstudents to participate in sports and also has certain limitation to improve the students’physical health level. Sports health curriculum resources development and utilizationas a way to improve the physical quality education teaching and means, its advantagelies in the diversity of sports health curriculum resources, more qualitative andgenerative.It contribute to catering to the needs of students’ interests and arousing theenthusiasm of students to participate in sports.It is an effective method to improvestudents’ physique level and means.Sports health curriculum resources developmentand utilization is not a new topic. However,analysising from the perspective ofimproving students’ physique level still has the irreplaceable progress and time.This paper uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, interviewmethod, observation method, mathematical statistics method to make a survey onshenyang’s21provincial model high school sports curriculum resources. It makes anobjective analysis of the zhuhai sports curriculum resources development andutilization of the status quo and tries to find out the city problem,reasons andinfluence factors, which happen in the process of physical education curriculumresource development.what’s more,it also discussed the city sports curriculumresources and utilization countermeasures. The results go as follows:1. Not in short of physical education teachers, but insufficient in the numberof teaching teachers;have a Reasonable proportion of teachers between men andwomen.The teachers are mainly betwwen31and40years old of middle-aged andyoung teachers. The title distribution of relative average; Give priority to with normalclass teachers graduated from colleges and universities, professional sports collegesand universities is complementary. 2.The city’s sports teachers have a poor conciousness on sports health curriculumresources development and utilization of knowledge. The participation enthusiasm isnot high; School leaders don’t pay much attention to sports health curriculumresources’ development and usage. Teachers take an active participate in thetraining, but the sports curriculum resources development and utilization is lesstrained.3.The site construction is good, but relatively insufficient in necessary classsports equipment; Location equipment layout is reasonable, restructuring andimprovement of equipment is insufficient, poor in making simple equipment; Schoolsports set utilization rate is extremely low.4.not in good use of ice and snow resources in northeast,have poor folksports series development, emerging sports series kinds of development remains to befurther improved; Development and utilization of information resources constructionis good.However it still need further improvement;The Way to financing isrelatively single, rather shortage.5.There is a certain degree of crowding phenomenon in physical education;Some teachers ignore the phenomenon of sports theory teaching;"Student exercise anhour every day" is better carried out, the overall sports competition is in goodcondition; Fewer students participate in sports activities outside.6.The main factors affect our city sports health curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization of are as follows: national policy files in place to carryout the strength and evaluation methods, education concept, education system,school-running idea, financial investment, emphasis of school leadership, sportsequipment facilities, physical education teachers of physical education curriculumresource development understanding and the understanding, teachers reward after thesports curriculum resources development and evaluation methods.7.The main countermeasures in Zhuhai’s sports health curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization: to arouse the enthusiasm of the principal to participatein the development and utilization, establish teachers’ incentive mechanism, arousethe enthusiasm of participating in the development and utilization, the clear training center task to establish scientific and reasonable evaluation system, vigorouslyimplement the physical education curriculum resource development policies,regulations, funding, safety responsibility, normal colleges should strengthen thesports curriculum resources development and utilization of intellectual skill teaching,give play to the role of information media propaganda, form the social people from allwalks of life wide participation mechanism, giving full play to the advantages ofclimatic resources in northeast China, the formation of characteristic resourcesdevelopment.
