A Study On The Main Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Traditional Sports Schools Of Teable Tennis In Hubei Province

Table tennis as China's national ball,is one of China's high degree of popularity of the sports.Table tennis in China and the world has set off a wave of upsurge with the end of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.Although table tennis in the country is a hot phenomenon,the data show that the number of young people to participate in table tennis is decreaseing year by year.The table tennis team of the Hubei province had cultivated Qiao Hong,Chen Jing and a number of outstanding athletes,in history,it was once flourishing,but in nearly years,it seems a bit overshadowed.The competitive sports reseve talent of table tennis appeared fault phenomenon.A few years ago,the participation of the children's table tennis seedling cup of Wuhan was overcrowded,but in recent years,athletes scanty.On the one hand,it reflect the number of teenagers participating in tabel tennis training and competition in Wuhan has been reduced.On the other hand,it reveals that there are some problems in the training system of table tennis reserve talents in Hubei province.And all kinds of sports traditional project schools are the bottom and the basic position to find and cultivate thre excellent sports reserve talents,it is necessary to analyze and study it.As the basis of our national sports,the sports traditional school is an important way to implement the “national fitness program outline” and “regulations on school physical education”.Table tennis sports traditional school would make due contribution for cultivation table tennis resever talents of Hubei province,it not only can promote the popularity of table tennis,but also can select and cultivate good seedling.This paper takes sisteen table tennis sports traditional schools in Hubei province as the main research object,and analysis the main problems and countermeasures in the development of table tennis traditional schools in Hubei province.It provides a reference basis for the sustainable development of the table tennis sports traditional schools.The results show that there are six main problems in the development of the table tennis sports traditional schools: the quantity of table tennis traditional schools is lacking;the thought of quick success and instant benefit is serious;management mode and operating mode are backward,supervision system is not perfect;low level of scientific training;teachers' education and academic research level is low,lack of high level coaches;the contradiction between learning and training is obvious and the popularity of school physical education is not high;In order to solve the problems,the following seven countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: greatly develop the table tennis traditional schools,strengthen the level of reasonable convergence of sports training;have definitude and concrete guiding ideology of running a school,establish a comprehensive development of education;broaden the financing channels,using a diversified mode of operation;improve the regulatory mechanism and talent selection system;strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,the instroduction of high-level coaches;improve the level of scientific training;strengthen the combination of physical and educational,deal with the contradiction between learning and training.
