| At present,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the attention to health care of the body is also increasing,which also indicates that the comprehensive development level of our country has made great progress.At the same time,because of the rapid development,the environment caused serious damage to the city,the air quality is not optimistic,the resulting diseases are constantly plaguing people,making people gradually pay more attention to the diversified sports.At this stage,the majority of the workers and workers bear the pressure and burden from the society,the unit and the family.This situation is extremely bad for the health of the staff and workers,and it also seriously affects their work efficiency.Table tennis is a sport which is suitable for young and old people to participate in difficult sports.If they can combine the daily life of the workers with the grass-roots workers closely,it will help the workers to shape the healthy body.In this study,the literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to promote the actual situation of the table tennis movement of the workers in the 5 districts of Beijing,and then provide a reference for the later development of the sport.Through the investigation,the following conclusions are drawn.1,on the whole,the sports venues conditions of trade unions in various districts and counties are still lacking,and the satisfaction degree of workers is not high.2.The main group participating in sports is middle-aged and old people,mainly male and female as subsidiary.3.On the whole,the frequency of participation in sports is relatively stable and the load level is moderate.The number of races varies with different regions.4.Among the factors affecting the promotion of trade union table tennis,the problem of imperfect facilities and lack of attention should be solved urgently.At the same time,the understanding of the internal needs of the staff and staff needs to be improved. |
