The assembly of sports college lab instrument and equipment is a kind of promoting factor for physical education and scientific research , and the development of undertakings play an important and significant role in realizing the school teaching and scientific research objectives. Because various kinds of equipment barriers in the process of routine maintenance, many kinds of instruments and equipment problems emerge, and it makes after-sales service appears especially important to ensure that equipment efficiency. So high quality after-sale service demand have also become more intense, and guaranteeing the quality of equipment for after-sale service of university laboratory construction has important significance.At present the main problems faced for the laboratory equipment is the lack of after-sales service criteria to define the after-sales service quality; second,we need to find the existing problem of after-sales service and analyze the reason of the problem; the third , I try to find how to give some Suggestions can optimize the businessman's after-sales service scheme to realize after-sales service satisfaction enhancement.This research mainly based on laboratory instruments'after-sales service circumstance feedback investigation of ten universities'sports colleges in zhejiang, I selected the after-sales service evaluation index system combining the theory related to lab equipment management and the experts'interviews to made a new index system to analyze the school sports colleges experiment on their after-sales service Situation. According to this I investigated laboratory instruments'after-sales service situation of the ten universities in zhejiang, and showed the insufficiency on the after-sales service satisfaction and gave the main reason. From the problems found, integrating with the customer satisfaction theory I think that equipment vendors should improve service initiative, deepen the customer management, balance service costs and customer service demand contradiction, pay much attention on high-end equipment and technical support and realize services continuously to improve after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction..
