Research On Basic Education Service Of Physical Education Department In Colleges And Universities In Henan Province

Giving priority to the development of education is a major policy which has adhered by the party and the state for the long time.As an important part of the education system,higher education has continuously expanded and improved its functions with the development of society.Its function has gradually expanded from the initial single teaching field to the scientific research field,and then has integrated the field of social service,and now has owned the effect of cultural inheritance.And as for the basic education,the social service of the higher education is an indispensable aspect.For example,the "Decision on the Reform and Development of Basic Education" enacted by the State Council encourages the comprehensive higher education institutions to participate in the development of an open teacher education system that is linked to training.Under the background of the national major policy,Henan Province issued the “Outline of Henan Province Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)”,which calls for the promotion of organic integration of schools,teaching,research and practice.It can be seen that Henan Province has placed the basic education of colleges and universities in an important position.For the construction and development of basic education,all kinds of colleges and universities actively participate in decision-making consultation,training faculty,giving full play to the role of think tanks and thinking bank and encouraging college teachers and students to voluntarily serve basic education.However,there is the problem of disconnecting in the services of basic education in colleges and universities in Henan Province.The colleges and universities do not have enough understanding to the actual needs of basic education while basic education lacks the elementary cognition of the service functions of the colleges and universities.This research adopts the literature method,the investigation method,the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method,on the basis of collecting and teasing the relevant research results,and solicits opinions from some educational administrative departments,universities and related basic education units in Henan province,carries out the in-depth analysis for the managers,the demand side and the supply side,from the perspectives of management,sociology,pedagogy and other multi-disciplinary angles.It also combines with the impact of the education administration department,universities,basic education and society on the basic education of college sports professional service,and concludes and summaries the conclusions and the suggestions for the service basic education of physical education specialty in colleges and universities in Henan province.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through research,it is found that some colleges and universities in specific practical activities have the problems of the lacking of clear service objectives,the divorce between the forms of service and service content,and insufficient service content.(2)Due to the imperfect operation mechanism and insufficient supervision,the activities of basic education of sports professional services in colleges and universities have become formalized and singular,which leads that the basic education of some college sports professional services are only to service for the purpose of service and to help for the purpose of help.(3)The participation of basic education in college sports professional services is not ideal.The participation rate is basically maintained between 30% and 50%.It also reflects the insufficient strength and breadth of basic education of sports professional services in colleges and universities in Henan Province.(4)The satisfaction of basic education on the content of college sports professional services is below 50%.The quality of service is not high-level and the effect is not good.As a service target,basic education schools also have problems such as bad attitude and the problem of emphasizing on results over process.(5)The overall demand for basic education for college sports professional services is relatively high,basically maintaining at around 70%.However,there are certain differences in the demand for college sports professional services in various sections of basic education.The recommendations are as follows:(1)The physical education department,as the executor of the basic education,firstly should clarity the purpose of basic service education and enhance the sense of service,secondly should deeply understand the actual situation of basic education and find out the service contents which are needed in different stages of basic education,thirdly should combines with the opinions of the administrative departments of education and primary and secondary schools and plan all aspects of the service,fourthly should actively receive excellent teachers from basic education departments and at the basic education stage and let them participate in the service process and fifthly should establish communicating platform through service,further understand each other's development trend,realize resource sharing and take full use of each other's advantages(2)Basic education schools firstly should ask for the support in spirit,time,funds and other aspects,secondly should fully examine themselves and find out what they need,thirdly should actively communicate with universities and educational administrative departments and clarify their own needs,and fourthly should strengthen publicity,promote more primary and secondary schools to have more understanding for basic education service of college sports departments and improve the influence of college sports departments.What's more,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools as the main object of receiving services should have a correct attitude and study positively.(3)Basic education schools firstly should provide support in terms of formulating policies,providing funds,organizing and coordinating,and intensifying publicity and offer an inexhaustible driving force for the development of basic education in university sports department service.The local education administrative departments should deeply understand the actual situation of foundation education in colleges and universities,integrate the education resources in colleges and universities,combine them together according to the objective demand of basic education,and strengthen the organization,management,supervision and other work in the service process.(4)The social system,as the educational environment outside the educational system,firstly should create a positive and good sports atmosphere and educational environment,secondly should provide the support of funds and hardware,and thirdly should strengthen publicity and create a favorable environment for public opinion.
