The non-government-funded education of Zhejiang province has developed over 20 years, and it is the urgent task to keep the non-government-funded education developing healthily and makes it energetic. It is a great challenge for the non-government-funded education to face the global economic crisis, but Zhejiang province built a multiple economic structure and a flexible educational developing environment, which make it a golden garden for the non-government-funded education. In this article, I carried out researches to some typical non-government-funded colleges of Zhejiang province, and I personally visited some important cities of Zhejiang province. I did materials collection and data analysis by ways of documents research, questionnaires research, comparison research and logic analysis. I focused on the P.E. conditions of these 9 non-government-funded colleges and summed up some problems in common existing in these colleges. The data suggest, in these colleges, that the managerial systems of P.E. are immature, and they were not going in accordance with our national educational department's regulations and they did not locate themselves on the right"coordinate"; The data suggest that these colleges set frequent and colorful P.E. courses, but the courses are fundamental on the whole, special courses vary between different grades, the athletic teams are weak; The data suggest that the major teaching staff are young and not at high level of academic creation, there are few teachers who have senior professional title, which made a result that the college can hardly take charge of P.E. research programs independently; The data suggest that these colleges made big investment in the P.E. facilities recently, however, the facilities were not made full use of and not well maintained by specialists. If these colleges aim at further developments, they have to better their P.E. facilities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in college's P.E. development, just in a great hope, I proposed some suggestions, at the critical point of global economic recovery and we will enjoy a clean and sunny sky after the heavy rain, I hope to make some contribution to the P.E. developments of non-government-funded colleges in our country!...
