Study On Healthy Personality Cultivation Of Private College Students

Under the background of reform and opening-up, chinese socialism market economy is not only well developed, but also shocked by multiple cultures and concepts from the world, which makes us face the challenge of morality, ethics and value. The future internatioal competition is one of national quality, the unique human character construction of modern youth will decide the current of our times. Faced with multiple cultures, concepts, the increasing pressure and competition, college students show more confusion and conflicts in their self-development. Sound human character training of college students is not only the call of the times, but the requirement of establishing a harmonious society as well. It is also a need of involving future international competition , a need of renaissance of our chinese people, too. Higher education of China has progressed a lot with the further development. In th process of society transformation, human character must be brought along. That causes the attention of many experts and scholars due to the human character problems of the colleges students. More studies have been further fulfilled on this problem, they have achieved a lot. But study on human character of private college students is done less. As a private college supervisor appointed by Provincial Education Work Committee, the author summarizes the human character problems with a unique perspective during two years'investigation. Causes are analyzed based on the question, strategies are put forward for the private college students'development of sound human character. The author suggests that the private college should clarify the present situation, take advantage of the self-establishment system, take reform as first in order to build a road with the combination of professtional skills training and sound human character training.
