Research On Professional Attitude Of Shanghai University Of Physical Education Graduates In 2011

Professional attitude is the stable evaluation and the behavioral tendency people hold towards the occupation they are engaged in or will be engaged in. including self-acknowledge and professional emotion and career orientation. It has instructive and dynamic effects on people's occupational activities, Therefore, should be taken seriously. And it has a richer theoretical value and is of more practical significance to study the professional attitudes the physical education graduates have. On one hand, it can enrich the related theories, on the one hand, it can also improve the career awareness of graduates majored in physical education, rich their professional sentiment and help them to find an accurate and positive way to employment, meanwhile, it also has great significance in building a fine atmosphere of enrollment and employment at university and promoting the comprehensive and sustainable development of the national sports career. This study is based on PE education graduates from Shanghai university of sport and the Normal universities in east of china and Normal universities of shanghai, after that ,I positively began to make analysis and research on data, Literature review, questionnaire survey, logic analysis, mathematical statistic method and other methods are used well in this study. According to the study, Which we will make some necessary statistics on the position of employment and the direction, also including understanding the professional attitude and self-awareness and the input of emotion, meanwhile, I make analysis to how to understand professional attitudes and differences of different universities, I make use of statistical software of Chinese SPSS15.0 to analyze 395 valid questionnaires, entering and collecting and exporting data, meanwhile, I improve the production of three line forms to make analysis to statistical data, in the end ,I draw the relevant conclusions:1. The professional attitude of PE graduates mainly tend to choose the employment and make chooses to work in shanghai and their hometown, their choice of positioning direction and location is clear.2. Their self-acknowledge is mature, career awareness I unbalanced, mainly in the election of professional sports and theoretical knowledge practical ability to hold to understand assess of a stale professional knowledge is not balanced, mainly reflected in the demand of self awareness and awareness of the imbalance in sport talents.3. The investment of professional emotion is low, the love for sports from different underrates is not high, and awareness of their theoretical knowledge is not strong.4. PE graduates have channels of employment intentions and decentralization; they seek employment opportunities from different directions.5. The overall trend of professional attitude of undergraduates of college sports n shanghai in 2011 is uneven awareness– low emotion Distributed Career Orientation 6 The difference of sport and Physical Education of the Normal University graduates have two cases between the whole clear and obvious Through analyzing whole thesis of surveys and studies and summarizing the contents of the PE training and professional attitude of graduates, finallythe three main suggestions are given:1. The state should create a good career environment to develop environment and satisfy the growing physical career needs; it will promote self-acknowledge of graduates to hold a good cognitive development2. The states should train professional attitude from curriculum and teacher and Universities should build a professional training platform and atmosphere to improve the efficiency of professional attitude3. Physical education graduates should set the career plan and face the challenges positively;Graduates should positively co-ordinate the talent market and self-development to face the situation of the employment to choose the good direction of position of employment.
