It's difficult to find a match with the professional and the first employment positions for graduates. May be due to the following two reasons: The lack of professional skills, with the sex or discrimination in education, social and economic structure adjustment and reform which are micro or macro factors can influence. The other side is the employing units in the recruitment process may also be due to the job responsibilities are not clear or overlapping and other reasons. Graduate skills and between the labor market demand does not match, which may lead to graduates of lower income and frequent switching jobs, resulting in loss of education capital investment from the individual, family and social, and have a negative impact on economic growth. This study through the self compiled "college graduates professional and the first employment post match questionnaire", the nearly five years after graduation directly to participate in the work of college students to investigate, draw the following five conclusions:First, in recent five years, the overall situation of the professional and initial employment of college graduates is better, and the matching degree of general ability is higher than that of professional ability.Secondly, in the initial employment of college graduates in the emergence of professional skills and skills of the phenomenon of coexistence, and the proportion of skills shortage is higher than the skills, the situation of graduates is more common.Thirdly, university graduates to the first job matching situation in types of colleges and universities, professional type, graduation year, for the first time nature of the employment unit and whether to obtain relevant professional qualification certificate of the five variables have significant differences.Fourthly, by logistic regression analysis, it is found that, in the first employment, job factors, college type will affect the graduates to find jobs and professional matching.Fifthly, Professional and first jobs matching graduates of higher level will reduce the probability of changing positions, in matching positions work also helped to improve the work efficiency and reduce the work pressure; on the contrary, it is possible to will increase the frequency of changing positions, often work overtime to complete the superior layout task and have lots of work pressure.
