The competition between the prospect and the future of the national is the overall national strength of the competition,that is ,the competition of talents,to some extent,is the overall quality in the younger generation,for the majority of young people,it is very important that intellectual development,moral training improving.Many problems of students have sparked more attention and considerstion by the rising trend.such as the 80,90'health,the ablity to adapt to survive,and the psychological problem of students.while we emphasized that the quality of eduction.however,outward development as a new teaching of experiential learning to expand the apace and time of physical education by the way of their own experience,at the carrier of physical activities,at the target of personality improved.it not only can meet the educational objective of tradition,but also,to some extent,make up the weakness of traditional school education in terms of overall quality of students.Shanghai is representative,because it is the center of economy,education in the yangtaz river delta,even in the country's,its level of economic development and situation of education are higher than other cities in china ,besides,the activities and camps of oriental land in shanghai has became the largest and most influential for young people camps,it has a wealth of resources to expand the training activities and has been named"shanghai experiential outward development training station"in 2004.The paper which adopted methods included literature data ,site visits,questionnaire-investigating,logical analysis and mathermatical statistics,to investigate the present situation of outward development of the youth of oriental land in shanghai,the main conclusion are as follows:1 With the development of out-door training,from the survey that young people are participating in the training,we can know that they are no longer strange about out-door training,the motivation to participate the activities become more complex, and they are have a more clear and diversity awarneness about the funcition of out-door training, This outdoor training conducted among young students in Shanghai will provide a favorable prerequisite,but the level of their understand is not enough deep.2 At present, the programs of camp can basically meet the developmental needs most of young students in shanghai,but the students asked by themself to choose curriculums according to their interests and hobbies in diversified and personalized today,and the camp can not accomplished all curriculums because the students to participate in the activities of time of the camp is short.the teaching about most of curriculums have not carried out the process of positive guidance,full experience,shared and reviewed.it impacts on the positivity and initiativity of class.3 At present, the trainer echelon in camp consisted of specialist,undergraduate education and the major is sports.there are many factors restricted the development of curriculum reform in the camp,such as: low level of education, the professional structure is single,age younger, inexperienced teaching,the leaders's emphasis is not enough and so on.through the evaluation and analysize to the effect of the implementation of oriental land youth out door training course,it shows that the desgining case of training programs is feasible,but it needs further improvement.
