The professional development of primary school's Chinese teachers is the process which the individual teachers'Chinese specialized develops unceasingly, is also the process of continuously to accept the new knowledge, to grow the specialized ability. Primary school's Chinese teachers as a practitioner of basic disciplines of education, is the backbone of the development of education. Their professional development has a vital impact on the whole basic education. How much better the primary school's Chinese teachers realize professional development, is the extremely meaningful question under the Basic Education Reform background.The object of study is the primary school's Chinese backbone teachers who participated in the Gansu Province 16th issue of Backbone Teachers Training. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this study mainly used qualitative research methods to case studies, trying to reveal the true development of primary school Chinese teachers in professional status and processes. Through the survey on groups, described the status of the professional development of primary school's Chinese teachers from horizontal angle, and has unearthed person's beliefs, attitudes, and values behind the data hides. Through a qualitative case study, interpreted the professional development of primary school's Chinese teachers in-depth from vertical angle, and discovered similarities in their professional development: love--the development foundation, approved--stimulate the development potential, deal with the challenge--path towards development, collective support--development in a harmonious atmosphere, reflection in action-- development in rational circle.Through research, we found that the professional development of Primary school's Chinese teachers were affected not only by their own diathesis, professional ideals, professional sentiment, professional self and other personality factors, but also by headmasters, teacher group, campus culture, leading experts in their living conditions and Chinese Curriculum Evaluation of objective factors.From the teachers themselves and the external environment, this article has proposed several suggestions to promote the professional development of primary school's Chinese teachers. First,teachers do have their own ideas for action, including: professional development of consciousness, the concept of lifelong learning, the habit of constantly self-reflection, to engage in action research of Chinese curriculum, to record professional growth path self-conscious. Secondly, it is suggested to give the Chinese teacher a wide space of free development, including: the establishment of dialogue between school groups learning organization, to improve the training of teachers, developing teachers'evaluation system.The path of primary school's Chinese teachers'professional development is not easy, but we firmly believe: Regardless of teachers'professional development path has far more rugged, feet must higher than the long road.
