Reflection is an important learning method,which is respected by the new curriculum reform and is regarded as the core of the new curriculum reform.In recent years,teaching reflection has become the focus of our general attention and a key research topic in the field of pedagogy.For teachers,teaching reflection is helpful to their professional development.Professional teachers are constantly reflecting in practice,gradually growing up in reflection.The teachers of primary school can not only improve their own professional level,but also promote the development of students,improve the quality of education and teaching,and promote the smooth implementation of the curriculum reform of basic education.With the help of teaching reflection,many teachers have made great progress in teaching and professional level has been improved.Learning and learning from the successful experience of primary school teachers on teaching reflection can promote the teaching reflection of relevant teachers.This study adopts the qualitative research method,selects the primary school front-line teachers G teachers as the research object,carries on the deep excavation and the research from the teaching reflection content,the level,the process and so on,comprehensively examines and analyzes the G teacher's teaching reflection development process,And from the "inside and outside" two angles to analyze and summarize the factors affecting the development of teachers' teaching reflection,so as to provide more primary school front-line teachers with effective experience of reflective practice and promote teachers' teaching reflection.Based on the in-depth analysis and thinking of the development process and influencing factors of case teachers' teaching reflection,the researchers put forward corresponding suggestions to promote teachers' teaching reflection from the perspective of teachers' personal and school environment: teachers should stimulate reflective motivation and deepen reflective behavior;strengthen knowledge reserve and improve reflective quality;pay attention to problem finding,cultivate problem consciousness;master reflective method and improve reflective ability.Schools should create an atmosphere of reflection,strengthen peer communication,perfect teaching and research system,build a platform for reflection,establish incentive mechanism,and promote teaching reflection.
